Back labour is horrendous! My first and second labours were back labour, third wasn't and wow what a difference! So much less intense and a totally different experience! I went to the chiropractor from 20 weeks and I really think that helped ❤

I got braxton hicks the whole second/third trimester with Gracie especially after a run! I used to tape and that helped a lot xxxx

We used to put milk striaght in the mini cereal packets and save on washing up 😂
