Made these for my grandmothers 90th birthday today and there wasn’t a crumb of a wing left on the platter! I did 300 wings for the party with a slightly modified version of this sauce (added a tiny tiny squeeze of lemon and substituted the reaper powder for a dried serrano/cayenne/habanero pepper powder mix I made myself). Everything else was true to the recipe. Goes without saying, but it was one of the highlights of the table and everyone cleaned up those 300 wings within 30 minutes. A LOT of milk was drank afterwards though, I made them QUITE spicy!

I never seen anyone else put minced garlic in their wings, it's genuinely one of the best thing to toss on for that extra flavour and good texture
