I went there a couple of weeks ago and it was such a “instagram vs reality” moment, it was PACKED with people, barely any space on the beach, even though we had arrived with an early ferry boat. It was the perfect example of never trusting instagram 😅

When you go in the water, do you just leave all your stuff on your chair and trust that it will still all be there when you get back? I also solo travel and I get so nervous about leaving my stuff unsupervised 🙈

I went to San Fruttuoso a few months ago for a day trip apart of an Italian exchange trip, not even knowing the name of the place!! I’m so happy to have found the name❤️It’s such a beautiful little town and I definitely recommend doing one of the trek walks in the mountains!!

I spent a weekend in Camogli, and if you like long walks I recommend the hike that starts in town and goes through Portofino regional park, ending in Portofino. I walked to Santa Margherita after, it’s a lovely way to spend a day :)

Solo travel is one of the best decisions anyone can make ! I hope to do it like you once I turn 18
