You know, even Ina has a cookbook call Back to Basics. I homeschooled my kids all their lives. We’re talking three meals a day together and building a garden together for science classes every single day. When each of them left the nest, I realized how fast time flies, and selfishly, it wasn’t enough. I so miss them! My garden is my peaceful place, and a few years ago, I decided I wanted to slow down in life and enjoy the little things. I think we all go through this at times. But I’m so happy for you! Please do slow down! Do not miss out.❤

It is nice to see other gardens, but I tune in to see YOU in YOUR garden! It really inspires me to just watch you work and talk about your plants. I live in Phoenix, AZ, and it isn’t easy to grow lovely plants here, but I get many tips from you on heat tolerant plants. I can’t tell you the number of times I have stopped your video half-way through and went out and accomplished something in my garden, and then came back to finish the video…because you inspired me to get out in my garden today! I have watched you from the beginning and will continue to watch! Many blessings to you and your family in the years to come.
