ADORE these home updates whilst im currently doing the same with my new house ! Biggest tip for bedding.. High count cotton sheets, and the best one, which i promise WILL change your life, buy your duvet insert a size bigger than your duvet cover. So if your bed is a king, get a super king duvet insert & then a king size duvet cover. It will be the biggest, cosiest cloud like duvet EVER! And a good quality mattress topper, thicker the better! xxx

Sleep routine!!! Oh my god has changed my life 1 hour before I want to sleep I take a Magnesium glycinate. No phone. Peppermint tea. READING!! no blue light which stimulates your brain that it’s wind down time, honestly I have the deepest sleep almost every night! Bedding I always buy the 1000+ thread count cotton bedding from TK Maxx- hotel luxury and not breaking the bank 🫶🏼🤍✨
