Hey Syd looking glowing 🫶 Have you thought about using ADHD strategies with Oceans behaviour? Its just a different way of parenting and managing behaviour...i know we dont see the worst of her behaviour i mean no mother is going to post mid meltdown 🤣😅 im not saying she has ADHD and if she does School will pick up on that and put her on the right pathway ...but because of your diagnosis children do have a genetic predisposition to Neurodevelopmental conditions, she is probably just a typical 3 year old ...ive had 5 of them so i get it 🫠🤣 but there are ADHD strategies that you can use on children who may or may not have the condition if the behaviour isnt managed using the normal naughty step, correcting, shouting, telling off, taking toys away ect ect ....its just being aware she may need a Neuro let Method ...you can google the ADHD strategies for children, you can also get Spinning chairs to burn off energy and help with the need for movement for regulation ect ... As i say im not saying she has ADHD we dont see enough of her behaviour to even have that kind of opinion but just some things youve described and your own diagnosis had me thinking out loud in your comment section 🤣🥰 if ive overstepped ignore me or delete my comment i wont be offended ...

Hey darling. I have endometriosis and the only thing that has worked for me is the mirena coil. It's plastic and doesn't really give side effects. (Obviously everyone is different) have you considered this coil? Although probably too late. Just reading the comments. Ocean being 3, she just seems like a typical 3 year old at the moment, but we only see a snippet of her (I work with early years children) and have 2 of my own who are now 19 and 15. My son has adhd. It's hard to know if children have adhd, etc at this age, usually by age 5-6 it becomes a bit more apparent. You have adhd, so it could be a possibility. But listen, if so, that doesn't matter! These times don't last forever, Just tell yourself that and 'ride the wave'. I actually miss the kids being small. I'm 40, so won't have anymore.😢And you are doing an amazing job, just reach out for support if you ever need it from friends, family, school, and YT family Sending lots of love❤ xxxx
