Crazy timing. I've been putting off redoing our wills and cleaning my closet. Monday I redid the wills and Tuesday I cleaned my closet. At 5.30 am today I had already walked 4.6 miles. Too hot here to walk during the day. Been on carnivore just over a month and doing great, age 69. Heading out to take care of my chickens. Keep on keeping on.

After 29 years of marriage my spouse died last year (July 27th, 2025). He was 1 month away from turning 55. Within this last year I’ve had an auction, sold my home, bought a new home that I love, lost 30 lbs, purged all of our useless belongings, purged my clothes and shoes, only keep what I have to have yo survive, started to finally focus on myself, etc. so rather than falling into a deep depression, I prayed and prayed and prayed. The Lord has taken care of me throughout this entire process. I’m not perfect and started working out and getting my eating habits in line for the past 3-4 months ago. Thanks for the motivation along the way. It’s been quite year for changes that needed to happen because I was sinking!

Wow, this video hit me deep, and I mean deep. I'm bawling my eyes out right now, but I needed this. I have been deeply depressed since 2020, not only with all that's going on in the world, but I lost my first born son that year, and he was only 31. It has wrecked me, and I do work at things, but I don't give it my all anymore. I have basically let everything go, because I just don't feel it anymore. Decorating my home use to be a hobby, and I took pride in it, and now I just can't seem to catch up. Thanks to you, I'm going to take your advice and write my goals down, and make the necessary changes. God bless your heart for sharing something so private, because I don't think I could share with everyone what you just did. Keep it up, and thank you for sharing what I needed to hear.❤

Gosh Patara! You completely nailed it. The past 7 years have been very traumatic for my family. Covid, Father n law dying from remdesivier, moving to TN from WA State, husband losing his job because of Covid, homeschooling, leaving family and our dream home.We are finally coming out of that rough, depressing season. But it has taken so long.... Part of me keeps looking over my shoulder, waiting for the next traumatic event "they" are going to put on us. Sending you a big hug and thank you for this video.
