Always water ur plants in the morning so their leaves can dry during the day. Watering them at night can encourage fungal problems.

Congrats on the new house Perla I’m so happy for you guys!🩷 I know you asked for tips with the plants and I was taking a quick look at them and this is what you should do 9:55 : Japanese Maple (the reddish bushy plant): Water 1–2 times a week to keep the soil slightly moist, but not soggy. Agave (the spiky green one): Only water every 2–3 weeks when the soil is completely dry. Sunflower: Water whenever the top inch or two of soil feels dry. Banana Plant (Mata de Huerta): Water frequently and heavily to keep the soil constantly damp 😇
