Robbie, Consider using those tree soaker bag rings on the birch trees. They’ll need more water the first year. They hold about 15 to 20 gallons of water that will slowly release & save you a lot of hand watering. You’ll find a spot for your fountain once you get more plants in the ground & get your “design mojo” going. Sketching your design ideas on paper will help. (I need to do the same.)

Birch trees are great! You can get them a tree watering bag in the mean time till you can figure out your water situation. That´s how we keep our young trees alive in Germany - since we don´t have drip.

Finally! Someone that actually tries to correct the roots on the trees before planting. I think every youtuber I've watched just takes their plants out of the pot and then puts them right into the ground. Well done!
