So....Sign up now for the free loads with ChipDrop and start working on your soil or at least getting a stockpile of mulch. You may be in an area that doesn't get loads but worth a try.

I agree on building up the soil. Since the house reno is a bit on hold, ordering truckloads of mulch would be a great idea. After it is spread around, the rain (in 3 months), will work its magic.
Take your hoses and dram wands. Take anything not permanent. New people will just get rid of it.

When cutting large limbs off a tree first cut a under cut on the limb so when the limb is cut it will not pull the bark off
Robbie, where’s your Sawzall!?! It would whip right through all those branches and is smaller than a chain saw — easier to use in tight places. Definitely get the 6” and 9” Diablo blades.
