Hi Monroe, yes a lot of Europeans wash with their hands. Wash clothes are not a standard as they are in the US. Or, for that matter in other areas of the world. But, knowing that people who are not European that are using their airbnb, that should be an option and washcloths should be part of the house/apt. That is being a world traveler is all about. Learning the differences.
