7:12 no swimming lessons are so worth it no matter the age!!! It teaches them how to be STRONG swimmers and there are tonsssss of kids that it’s their first time in lessons even at 5 and 7. Esp once they are a bit older they get to do games and confidence building - I taught thru the city but there are programs at private pools and thru the city and all sorts of options
