Congratulations. Girl, I had this exact same issue with Georgia Home Movers and had to take them to civil court because they tried the exact same thing talking about the weight reimbursement. I refused the weight reimbursement too! The judge awarded me my money. Actually, the company tried to make it hard to be served! They thought if they didn’t accept receipt of the service, it would go away. However, I served the secretary of state since they were a registered business in Georgia.
