😢 Walmart Made Me Cry Today

I feel sick every time i enter a Walmart store.. seeing seniors who can barely walk having to work in that awful place. Our country is so awefull right now..

I hate what the food industry has done to people. Our food in America is poison.

I grew up in the 60s and 70s. There was only a very few kids that were overweight. But we ate out of our backyard garden and had good beef and chicken. No junk food. Had real meals in the school lunch rooms. I didn't know anyone who was autistic. Food has been so altered. I'm doing carnivore with you. Doing great.

Here in Ohio it's not just in Walmart, it's everywhere. It does make your heart sad, pray when you notice someone in need.

It's awful here in eastern NC. I'm down 14 lbs. and feeling spiffy at 73. Told my daughter I was think8ng about cleaning out and refitting my barn, putting a fence back up, and getting a bomb proof horse. I miss riding so much. Still have all my tack. You never know. 🤫

I am feeling very sad for our world this morning. Prayer for all of us. We are in perilous times. All we can do is keep moving forward with our eyes on Jesus.

Patara, be blessed always. Keep shining your light, as I'm trying to shine mine. I met a lady at the gym today, who told me she needed a miracle. I asked what was going on & she told me she lost h er job after breaking a knee & injuring the other. No income, no insurance, no help from her workplace. I asked if I could pray with her, & she said yes. We prayed, she thanked me, & I encouraged her to keep coming to the gym. I'll keep praying. Sometimes, that's what it takes.❤❤❤

This is so far from a brag, please don't hear it that way, I took my daughter and my grandkids to the water park several weeks ago. And my daughter wasn't feeling it so she stayed back in the shade and watched all of the stuff. I stayed out and played with the kids incessantly. The kids were hungry / thirsty so we went back to the table so they can eat and drink. And she said, mom, you can't believe all of the daggers you are receiving from all of these mothers here. Now, I am a 50-year-old grandma. My tagline has always been use it or lose it. So you better believe I use it. MMA almost everyday. Weights heavy. Eating, excellent . I certainly don't do this to hurt people. In fact no one else is in mind but my grandkids and my daughter when I do it. Because literally that's what causes me to be able to play soccer with my grandson for hours and go to water parks with all of them for hours. Their other grandmother can't hardly move. She says it's not fair I can play with the kids and she can't. But honey, we're talking choices. Between all of the good choices and my relationship with God I am happy all the time. I laugh and people in public look at me, and smile, because it's so odd to see somebody happy when they're out. I want to have a lot of life left and the life I have I want to be excellent.

I went to outlet mall today. The only place that was busy was Cinnabon. I used to tell myself those lies. I would outright joke about being a sugar addict and that I needed to go to rehab. For me I was able to break free by starting with intermittent fasting and kept going from there. You have to want to change.

Hi Petera! Day 5, no power in Northwest Indiana still. Man is the only creature smart enough to make its own food and dumb enough to eat it! Our Walmart just opened up yesterday after our Tuesday tornado. My dogs needed chicken because they eat carnivore too. The sheer number of severely obese people buying more chips, sodas, cookies blew my mind. Keep being the change you want to see sister!!!
