Get the house water tight that’s the main thing for the winter then you can live there and do the room by room Then you can sell your house and have more money 😊 I did a smaller renovation I made sure bedroom and bathroom was done and just lived upstairs while we did the rest can’t wait to see everything coming together I know it will be amazing

I don't really have any memories with my parents when I was younger (they were always around but we didn't do much as a family) so it makes it all the more important for me to make childhood extra special for my son ❤😊🎉

13:20 reminded me of when my daughter was a toddler (18 yrs ago), we were on the bus going into town, she was sat in the pram shouting "mama...boooobies", while i'm sat there bright red with embarrassment, with people looking at me horrified......until i held up the little sandwich bag filled with blueberries that I'd brought as a snack for her 😂😂😂

Gemma you should have a baking channel call it Goodies by Gemma ! You are so natural and good at it the way you have your presentation and your set up looks lovely. I’m so surprised someone has picked you up to be a model for Vogue honey you are so beautiful!! After you get moved into your beautiful kitchen think of doing a segment of baking on your channel it would be a hit !!! Great job Gemma you could do a fall theme, holiday theme etc .

Gemma I think your boys would love a little bucket of water and a brush and let them 'Paint" anything and everything. It's the best fun warm, summer activity. You dont have to watch too closely and it doesn't matter if it spills. I worked as a Montessori teacher here in Melbourne and it was always such a fave activity with the children :) x
