Love Newport!! Andrew would have been more impressed if he went inside. The Historical Society of Newport County does tours of the Breakers and several other of the gilded aged mansions. Was legit so cool to see grand European palace style opulence in the middle of New England.
not going to the cape was a huge mistake but i loved this series and i hope you come back and do a full cape tour!!!
It looks so sweet and beautiful. I love seeing people have fun just walking around a town they've never been at before for a vacation. I love vacations that are so peaceful and I even love staycations too. You can have so much fun doing simple things ❤
My husband grew up in Rhode Island, and I've definitely seen him use a straw for Del's.
Mountain moose is an underrated gem!! Looks unassuming from the outside, but some of the best food.

i am from Eastern Europe and i spent 2 summers in Newport. I used to be a Tour guide in The Breakers. I love that city such a fun place to be.
My boyfriend & I were just there!! We loved our dinners at Midtown Oyster Bar, The Mooring. White Horse Tavern was cool for the history, but not my favorite bites.

Yay! You visited Rhode Island. My coworker just told me I should go to Newport. I've been once to see the mansions (And like Andrew, I was not impressed. "White Elephants"). He said I should just walk around and try the food.
