You should find a hairdresser who washes your hair as well for under 30-40 Euros. 50 Euros for a dry cut with no washing is crazy.
About that light bulb, the temporary things last longer. 19 years ago we put up a temporary signpost for an institution's opening day, because no time for the real one. The temporary signpost is still there.
There’s something emotional about a goodbye home tour. A house may look like just walls, rooms, and furniture, but when you’ve lived there for years, every corner holds a memory. Watching you walk through each room made me think about how many ordinary moments we leave behind when we move on. I’m from India, and even though our homes and lives may look very different, that feeling is universal. Wishing you happiness in your next chapter. ❤️

OMG 2:43 We are of German descent! So now it makes sense - that how we got the "Midwestern goodbye" here in the USA. When it's time to go we slap our thighs and say "Well..." and then head for the door and then it's another convo about 1-2 hours. Life revelations, lively conversations etc. I will miss that with my aunties and grandparents - they have since passed - the masters of the Midwestern Goodbye

3:00 - The legend is true! The German people cannot just say goodbye after they pick up their jackets. They have to talk for another half an hour at the door. Uyen wouldn't just make this up, she has respect for her viewers.

I love my bottom floor apartment! I also use my sewing machine at 11PM, do laundry, vacuum and throw the ball for the dog. Thankfully we live on a corner so we have lots of windows. My grandma used to say I walk on my heels 😅 so I understand the elephant comment
