Come spend a week with me trying to get back to moving again. I'm doing it for my health this time. As someone experiencing what its like to be plus sized for the first time in my life I can safely say that its not the end of the world. Growing up in the 2000's with unhealthy unrealistic body standards for women not much has changed on the internet landscape. I'm not promoting body shaming or toxic beauty standards. This is just my own personal experience being a larger person! I'll be going back to weight lifting after I get my cardio up first. Baby steps. Hope this helps in some way. #LivingInJapan #JapanVlog #WeekInMyLife #PlusSize #FitnessJourney #HealthyLifestyle #LivingAlone #LifeInJapan #PlusSizeFitness #RealisticFitness #JapanLife #OldJapaneseHouse #GettingMyLifeTogether #SelfCare #lifestylevlog

Hey Silvie. You mentioned that you were on antipsychotics last video and I was on the same stuff a few years ago. I gained almost 60lbs in a year. It was so bizarre and it happened so fast. I don’t think it’s you, I think it’s the drugs. If you haven’t already you should talk to your psychiatrist about it. Much love and good luck!🍀 ❤️
Lethargic, headache, allergy symptoms. Those are all symptoms of mold allergy. The damp smell, mold building when furniture isn’t moved around… My question is do you feel better when you are out of the house for a few days? If it’s mold that’s making you sick you don’t wanna snooze on that information Mold can make you ill for many years after you left the environment that made you sick.
Hello Silvie, your transparency and courage in sharing your fitness journey are truly inspiring. It takes a lot of strength to be so open about body changes, and your perspective on rejecting toxic 2000s beauty standards is completely right; what matters is your own comfort and health, not a specific size. In Japan, while there is unfortunately still a lingering culture of thinness, many people are gradually recognizing the importance of diverse, healthy bodies and prioritizing physical strength over just numbers. Managing withdrawal symptoms, extreme summer heat, and a lack of motivation is incredibly overwhelming, so getting back to the gym and doing any amount of cardio is a huge achievement. Please continue to be kind to yourself, take those "baby steps," and focus on what feels best for your body!
I like your voiceovers!!! They’re calming.
I'm in a similar place restarting wise and it's awesome to see you going after heathy goals and changes even when it's hard. I just keep reminding myself that life isn't always linear and there are ebbs and flows in our energy and what we can do at times, but that it's all an opportunity to grow. Im always excited to see a new video from you! Thanks for posting!
As you said.. it's not the end of the world. You got this

Hey Silvie! For the chicken next time, put it in a sealed plastic baggie and submerge it in cold water. It'll defrost faster!
The solar eclipse is really giving the energy for change and breaking old cycles. Love you queen, supporting you always. Thank you for your hard work!!!
The journey of lifetime fitness absolutely has these moments. I’m 46 and I’m just coming out of one. Love sharing in this community you’ve created. Great work as always Sylvie.
For autistics, it can be harder to recognize body signals, I myself find it hard to know when I am hungry or full sometimes. A good thing, I believe, is to simplify and structure eating. Eat at specific times, that gives your body time to digest (and takes stress away about 'have I eaten yet?') Cut out as many (ultra)processed foods as you can, even if it is labeled as 'healthy'. I hope you feel more energized soon!
I am 28 and went from a size 0 to 4/6 over this year. I’m recovering from an ED. Having our bodies change (into more womanly figures as my elders say) can be a really challenging feeling. I was going through my closet and burst into tears because I have a cute size 0 dress with the tag still on. But then I remembered that I was very sick when I fit that dress. Now I horseback ride everyday and feel so strong. My body looks different but I feel that it’s finally happy. I just wanted to share this in case anyone else is going thru similar changes. Love you Silvie. You’re magnetic and will succeed in anything u put your heart into ❤
Even though it was tough at times I feel like when you were working you are in a better place and happier! I am a long time viewer just seems that social media can sometimes be a negative thing❤❤❤
i am in a similar spot that you're in. i was a healthy weight until i got treated for my mental illness. then i gained like 80 pounds in a few months. thankfully the weight gain stopped, but i've been keeping the weight on and its been making me insecure and uncomfortable. i also am predisposed to high cholesterol and diabetes, and i recently got in the range of pre-diabetes. i can completely relate to feeling like you're not as heavy as you actually are. every time i imagine myself, i see myself as how i used to look. that's currently what is motivating me right now. being the girl who i used to be. even though my mental health meds help a lot and i take them every day, there are downsides to them and weight gain is one of them. for the past two weeks i've been working really hard and eating pretty clean. i've already lost a bit of weight and i'm ahead of schedule for reaching my mini goal by next month. i believe in you. its really hard to get on track at first, especially if you're going through a hard and stressful time, but if you treat yourself right in the process things just get easier. definitely do this for yourself, and like a commenter on one of my videos said, its okay if you slip up because you're only human.
The most important step is always the next one. Let's go Silvie
Do you think a roommate could be a good choice? You are a favorite follow of mine. I think maybe sharing that beautiful space with a good friend for even just a year could help lift some of the funk! Keep up the fitness, keep up the organizing. Our outerworld is always imo a reflection on the inner stuff. Cluttered home is a cluttered mind. Just organize/deep clean one thing a day! It's all a process ❤️ Keep sharing!
Stopping junk food, it is an addiction 😢 it’s hard to break down a bad habit, but is 100 💯 possible ❤
Girl I love your voice! Your videos ate so relaxing for your voice. Send love
