As far as protein thing I doubt this is optimal or anything but I've just been putting cereal onto plain yogurt cups instead of cereal+milk as a little protein boost

I tore my Right Patellar Tendon in '17. I fell down the stairs while I was was moving from my old apartment into my current house. Mind you this happened on the day after I closed on the house! And what's funny is when it first happened I thought I dislocated my knee at first too! LOL! It's a long, tough, road back from this injury, but keep on pushing! I'm definitely rooting for you... Oh, and you mentioned showering. I won't even front, I cried in the shower the first time I was able to lift my leg high enough to get in there after I got injured and had my surgery. I didn't expect that to happen, but FINALLY being back in there just hit me in that moment.

As someone that fell and dislocated my uninsured shoulder, I feel your PAIN. I hope you completely recover soon.

I’m out here with one of my baby twins who will not sleep and trying not to laugh too hard and wake people in the house up. I’m especially loving the sound effects when you’re doing the blackboard of the knee injury.
