This comment is for Emma; Next time you're trying to cover foam, make a muslin under-covering to fit your foam snugly, and stitch it closed after you get the foam stuffed into it. It will make wrestling your upholstery cover over it much easier, and you can make alternate covers if you want to switch them out. The muslin covering will make it so you can switch your covers without wrecking your foam over time too.

I loooove this. It's colour-drenched but not covering every surface, I didn't know you could do that :o also the laugh that burst out of my face when the handle just came off startled the dog

It really doesn’t matter where the shelf is, because unless you’re at least 6ft, the bench alone, much less with cushion, is way too tall to actually use to sit on☹️
