I'd really recommend going to m&s to get measured! I find that because VS usually stop stocking in store around a DDD, they don't always measure correctly. If you're still experiencing spillage, you might be a bigger cup size than you think! Xx

My little one was given gaviscon for his bottles and instead of him screaming because of the silent reflux he was screaming because of how constipated be was.... once we changed him onto anti-reflux milk he became a different baby and we never looked back.... you are smashing it 🤍
