Please do 🙏🏾 If you have so much on your plate plus a toddler, it may overwhelm you and lead to stress, depression and emotional eating. Is there a nanny that can assist you so that you can take some time to yourself? I’d love to see you do what you said; fill up your own cup; like workout, massages, me-time, gym, friend dates and movie 🍿 dates. ❤
