Get some rub n buff in antique gold and just rub it over the chrome light fittings and make gold , I did mine 5 years ago and it still looks fantastic . Available on Amazon
My tip on moving day, first thing assemble you bed and make it. If all else fails and gets too much, just go to bed and start again the next day.

I know exactly how hard it is packing on your own, my husband works away, so I had to pack our 5 bed, 3 1/2 bath on my own, with the added bonus of a broken foot! Not fun!! You did great Aimee, You and Andy and Jerry enjoy your new home and make some beautiful memories together xxx
Best moving hack for linens, towels, cushions and clothes are the clear ikea Dimpa bags, you can see exactly what’s inside and they’re lightweight for storage after too
Soo much work , my goodness, you would not want to see how I packed my last move, the move was 2 and half hours away too I was organised with room packing , but the way I did it 🤭 lucky nothing broke, no individual packing , stuff stayed in draws and clothes stayed on hangers , towels and doonas were packing . Oh the shame , me watching you meticulously wrapping and packing . I did hire a cleaner for final clean was so over the house by then . So excited to see your new property 😃😃😃
