Moving day is complete! We finally brought all of our plants over to the new property, set up temporary irrigation, and even built a budget-friendly shade house to help everything survive the summer heat. Come along as we share our plans for the gardens, future hydrangea beds, and the simple watering setup that's keeping hundreds of plants happy until permanent irrigation is installed. Robbie you hit the jackpot with Brent, he is always there by your side, helping every step of the way.
When I needed to leave my plants for a day or two, I would put them in a kiddie swimming pool to keep them from drying out. It worked out great . This new journey is so exciting to watch.
You are such a RAY of SUNSHINE Robbie! You forgot to record the first part of this video yet you are so happy and charming.😊😊😊
I absolutely love seeing Freya in her glory and loving her new home !!!
I hope all the plant growers pitch in to sponsor your new adventure!
OMG! I can’t get enough of your latest adventure. Because it most certainly is that. And we are along for the ride. And here it is 5 am in the morning and I am wide-awake. And I have discovered yet another episode. This one. Yay, me.!
Just a heads up Oak trees don’t like too much water & Hydrangeas are the opposite of that and it may be tricky to keep them both happy next to each other.
One thing I love about your channel is the way you always keep things “real” You need a temporary fix for watering the plants so you’ve gone for cheap and easy. You’ve admitted that having a plant stash of this quantity is not normal nor is needing a hoop house to keep it in
You guys make my morning! I love watching this new chapter! ♥️
WhoooHooo…It’s plant moving day!!! How exciting!!! 😊😊😊Liz
Thank you for the sprinkler head/hose advice...It is the solution I have been needing for my HOT California garden. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!
Don't plant under oak trees. They steal all water and nutrients under their canopy/drip line. And when planting under established trees, make sure not to plant over visible roots. It will smother the tree and kill it. Been there done that! I am sure you already know, but just in case, I didn't want you to make the same mistake I did! And congratulations on the new home.🎉Best items under oaks are cute sitting areas for the parties you are going to have. Acreage always means the fun parties. Bon fires, fireworks, cook outs and family reunions.
I’m so excited to be following along on your new adventure. I just love yall.
Hi it’s Linda again I wanted to tell you i’m almost 77 so please hurry I don’t want to miss a THING LOVE YA
I'm excited for you to be able to start planting. And, I look forward to seeing your new property develop over the years. No shortage of content now. 😉 ❤ from Canada 🇨🇦
Speaking of Freya, I wanted to let you know that English walnuts can be dangerous for dogs. When the husk is drying out and coming off the walnut, dogs eat bits of it while cracking the shell or thinking it is a ball. My sister's dog went into severe seizures and nearly died from eating the husks. They can be very toxic to dogs.
Seeing plants over there is exciting!
Please remember that water standing in a hose reel left on the ground in full sun will get very hot and has the potential to cook plants when first turned on
How wonderful you had a hoard to get started with. ❤🌸❤🌼❤️
I expected you to be careful not to bring jumping worms. You did not disappoint.
