I have had numerous Cancer spots biopsies and removed. Yours doesn't look like it is anything to worry about.
The ocean by the So Cal Edison plant in Oxnard is very warm, due to the output of the plant, and is where all the Grunion run when they run! Used to live in Ventura County and S.B. as well.
My sister-in-law got a UTI specific to a bacteria from a public pool!!! The bacteria is often resistant to antibiotics. It is from people's urine overwhelming the chlorine in the pool and the bacteria thrives! EW! Human soup! Do be careful on where you choose to swim!
