Its because its a live animal being used in a prank situation. What happens 9 out of 10 times when someone is shocked surprised by a freaky pet? They freak out and end up flinging the animal across the room. Any situation where that might happen is off limits it seems, which I get. Sticking mice in shoes or hiding animals to surprise people is a no-go. That sorta thing.
