So glad you were “okay” and didn’t need surgery. My Daughter lived 18 hours away from us, had just started her new job, so no Friends. She called me at 6am my time (5 am her time) she had been throwing up, severe back pain, crying, had crawled to her bed to find her phone and call me(she had dealt with the pain for 4hours). Convinced her to call the ambulance, it took 45 minutes to get to her, for a 3 minute drive to the hospital. She called the girl she was working with, who Thankfully went to the Hospital. No one was listening to her, they kept telling her she had the flu. When her Co Worker arrived, she called me on my Daughter’s phone, introduced herself, said she started screaming at people that something was wrong. By the time they did the CT Scan, she was critical (according to the Doctor I talked to on the phone, I was on an airplane and had a 3 hour drive to the hospital when I landed) her appendix was touch and go and her body was filling with fluid. Being far from home is not easy during a medical emergency

2:46 at this point, I'm thinking two things, one appendicitis or two gallbladder...because that's what happens when my gallbladder went South😢 when the ambulance came for me... the paramedic said what can I do for you? I said, shoot me !!! 😊

I would definitely fill the pain medication because u will need it if it happens again.
I understand that you are a very close family but you need to stop I mean stop thinking of others and think about yourself because there maybe a day that you care so much for others and then not thinking about yourself and what happens is that you’re no longer here for those who you love 😢 Your health is very important and they need you and love you😘 Be a selfish and take care of yourself always 🤗 You can not take care of them if you’re gone 😭😭😭
Holy Cow! What a trip.....with unexpected experiences! I drink either cranberry juice (100 %) or lemon water every day! I've never had kidney stones (knock on wood), but I've e seen a grown man brought to his knees from them and my Sister had them a few times..... not something I want to experience! Glad you're home and feeling better.........relax & take care!

My husband is a violent vomiter and he breaks all the little capillaries around his eyes and on his cheeks every single time he vomits. It is painful to see. He also had kidneys stones and it took me forever to try to convince him to go to the hospital, he finally relented and said okay. He could hardly walk and when we got to emerg. I got a wheelchair to take him in. I am glad everything turned out for both of you. As you were telling the story, I was guessing either appendicitis, gall bladder or kidney stones. They all are very, very painful.
Hey. Glad you’re okay. I work in urology. Stones are usually caused by a potassium calcium imbalance. The only way to know which one you need to balance is to have a stone analysis. If you have another stone, try to “catch” a stone and take it to your doctor. In the meantime try to not to “overdo” calcium or potassium containing foods.
I'm a frequent flyer with kidney stones. My last one was 10mm and they didn't have a bed for me, so I spent the night in a diagnostic day unit, they had me on so many medications and I had a raging kidney infection. In the middle of the night I buzzed for a nurse I was apparently sat bolt upright staring at the cubical curtains and I informed the nurse that there was a pirate sat on the curtain rail, she apparently asked me if he had a parrot and I informed her he was flying around the room 😂 I had no memory of it in the morning so I just had to take her word for it.
