Hi Ting, you should get one of those shopping carts that has wheels & that fold up for easy storage take it when you go shopping or when you pic up your orders just drop them in your rolling cart basket roll it home behind you and pull the cart up the steps behind you the wheels will roll up and over the steps. It should make it possible to only make one trip at times. I’ve used mine many, many years it’s very convenient, especially when you have to walk with groceries. Hope you get one, you will be happy.🤗

I know it's not easy to clean a house, I do that for a living. You did great! Tips: see if you can buy a really small vacuum that has a long handle so you can vacuumed under your bed and ceiling. I think all the dust that gets under the bed and in the apartment is making you sick with allergies. Also see if your air conditioner need the filter to be cleaned. I hope this works for your allergies Another thing, there's a mop that is skinny and has washable and reusable microfiber pads. You can use it to clean the floor but also your walls. Be careful with your back, all that floor scrubbing can hurt you.
