Sad to hear about Eleanor 😢 it's the hard part of loving animals. I lost my fur baby 4 yrs ago and I was devastated 😢 and even tho I'd love another pet I can't get past that heartbreak, I couldn't put myself thru that again. Sadie is so sweet.
Get the iron infusions if you can! If you are low iron it can be passed on to your baby who could also have low iron. Iron helps with so many body systems. I learned the hard way after 4 births, always had a major craving for ice which can be a sign of low iron for some people. I'm 45 now and had 5 iron infusions this past year which finally brought my ferritin (iron storage up). I was scared to do the infusions but they are easy, made me feel better, and you get saline with it too that helps with hydration. Feraheme was my favorite type of iron infusion. Love watching your videos!

When I was pregnant my husband made me a stirfry with fajita beef, liver cut into strips, bacon and peppers and onions. He seasoned it well. It made eating liver a lot easier.

Have you heard of cream of wheat ? You fix it like oatmeal , Its full of iron , I had to eat it for iron .Its good and you can put fruit or whatever in it . I always just used honey .
