The amount of work that you do for your subscribers is unmatched. I know why it takes a moment for videos; you take such pride in your job, your people, your morals, that you will do anything you can, to ensure your people are aware. You treat your neighbor the way you'd like the be treated and it shows. Thank you for all you do! Also, seeing the behind the scenes makes me more than okay, to pay for customs. As a person in america.... My appreciation for your family's work, out weighs the pay for customs. I know that cannot be the case for everyone, but it's worth it.
Best thing in a breakroom is floor lamps. It's always nice to have a break from overhead/bright lighting, and they would look so nice next to the new couch :). Editing to add that I'm sad you weren't able to keep the fulfillment centre in Canada :(
