RIP S-Pen. It's insane to not have a stylus for a folding phone. That mint colored Fold 8 is super cute though. I would miss the telephoto camera.

I was about to preorder but the missing SPEN support is a deal breaker.

Wish it had an S pen. I don't use it regularly, but when I do it comes in handy. It would be nice if it had faster charging like the S26U and the privacy screen option. Android is all about options. The price doesn't justify the purchase pricetag for me. Not yet. Maybe next year (or so). We will see.

Don't forget to add, no flex mode. That's right, the Fold feature that lets the Folding phone adjust to your viewing needs as you Fold the Foldable phone is no longer there. SO if you watch Netflix, and prop open the phone, it wont adjust to the new aspect ratio and will stay center of the screen and the play/pause, skip and options that would appear on the bottom half of the screen wont be there now. This is a huge step backwards for the Fold series

Was hoping for s-pen support to finally try the folds but such a disappointment again..will continue sticking with the S-Ultra series..

Im using the fold 5 and i can tell you im not mad about the lack of pen support on the new fold 8, and the size is perfect for the way i want to use my phone, and for typing with my fat fingers lol. This will be the first time i pay for a new phone release, and ive been thinking about it for almost a year now since i heard the rumored wide fold. I got the fold 5 to test if its a phase or not, but im still loving it all too much after 7 months of use. The only things i wish were different about my fold 5 is a shorter and wider screen, an anti reflective layer, smaller crease, a bigger battery life, and (not important but) a white color option. Every one of these things, the fold 8 has. I am super excited for the release, i cant wait!!!
