The percentage on any weather app is actually the percentage of your area that's going to get rain. Four example, if you're in Manhattan and it says 80% chance means 80% of Manhattan will get rain. It doesn't mean how long it will last or how much of the day it will rain for.

Little old lady here. I watch for entertainment- five cheerful laughing guys. But I always learn something. For example last week I learned WhatsApp finally has good no nonsense link between my iPhone and iPad. This week I learned about alternate weather apps to try.
Lite phone flip, is a better idea than a wallpaper app, charging for the color blue for sure
