Charging to 100% no longer damages the battery. Here is why: As companies noticed we did that regardless of advices, they just lowered the amount we can actually normally charge so that our batteries are never at true 100% (just the same as it is never at true 1% or when it came to zero we wouldn't be able to even charge without ripping the battery out and using the universal charger) and this is intended, as they also introduced technology to detect when you reach "100%" and then disconnect the charging port to allow the battery to drain a bit, over and over again. This meaning, it usually is best to charge your phone at around 15% and let it charge up to 100%. Many experiments, some conducted on YouTube where you can see, shows that what drains your battery life is actually going from 0 to 100% many many times. So if you keep your phone charging without needing the "5%" warning every time, you should be fine. And charge for as much as you want or need. But yes, heat kills actually not only your battery but also melts some connections in some parts of your board, such as memory connections, or speakers. So try not to let it above 75, because this can start a chain reaction where your phone catches fire because of a loose connection making sparks or just generally heat making cotton go haywire.

Guys, hear me out. Heat can cause the battery to expand, so you should heat it up so it upgrades the battery capacity. Bigger battery = bigger charge it can hold 🤯🤯🤯🤯
