So glad you're soaking up Ireland. 😊 Guinness tip. Try sip it at that sweet spot just at settling point. Don't wait too long or drink too slow. The cream should line the glass the whole way down for full yumminess. You could have gotten a flat/dodgy pour on the pint from the bar person either.
