It's worse than that, I watched the Gamers Nexus video and they found buried in the eula that you agree to get consent from anyone who comes close to the monitor because it WILL record their conversations and send them to LG. It's very Orwellian and I highly suggest anyone considering buying ANYTHING made by LG to watch that video first. If they are doing that with monitors why wouldn't they do it with refrigerators or washing machines etc. Everything connects to the internet these days, even if you don't think it does.
