Himalayan Brewhouse | Honest Review Great Hangout Spot Near Godavari

Looking for a short drive destination around Kathmandu? I recently visited Himalayan Brewery Brewhouse & Restaurant, located near the Botanical Garden, and it's a nice place to escape the city for a few hours. The biggest strength of this place is the atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery and away from the usual hustle and bustle, it offers a relaxed setting that's ideal for spending time with friends and family. For food, I tried the veg fried rice, Mustang aloo, and potato wedges. While the presentation and portion sizes were decent, I personally felt the taste was average. More importantly, the pricing felt quite steep for what was served. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't justify the premium price tag in my opinion. That being said, my friends had a different experience. They tried the sukuti and pork dishes and spoke highly of both, mentioning that those items were among the highlights of the meal. Overall, if you're looking for a place with good vibes, open space, and a relaxing environment, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for prices that may feel a little higher than expected.
