Great breakdown. One thing I’ve found really useful when building agents in production: treat the LLM as just one unreliable component in a distributed system — and then engineer everything around it (memory, tools, evals, retries, guardrails). The ‘agent loop’ starts feeling much less magical once you frame it that way. Looking forward to the next one in this series 🙌
