Its not the sword, its the one who wields it that gives it strength. Every boy has one. But not every boy grows to become a man who can properly use it. But when he does, people around him can sense the radiant aura he immits from his tract suit
Young man was doing it wrong way .. old man showed how to do it in a right way.

Much respect for the swordsman. There's nothing like years of experience and practice. Blessings to you sir.

Yeah, old man used momentum in the swing and understands how to stay lose and pull/push at the bottom of the swing. Golf,.throwing a baseball, spear, bowling ball all rely on this mechanic.. when done probably it should feel effortless.
Holy crap that old man is scary with his sword skill. Dropping a whole tree one clean cut at a time. The only time he missed, he swung again and landed his blow EXACTLY through the previous cut. I wouldnโt wanna fight dude if he had that blade, under any circumstances.
Kid goes in with the straight chop whereas the old guy draws the blade back as swings so it slices through. This is experience.
Young man's cuts weren't focused and he didn't follow through. Notice how when the older gentleman does, his cuts seem effortless.
I can hear my grandfatherโs voice saying give that sword, wac, wac, wac, ainโt nothing wrong with that sword boy.๐
