Adding he's inspiration brilliantly ❤
In high school I was on wrestling team with a laotion guy. We became friends and I had the pleasure of being invited to his house once. He cooked for myself and another one of our friends. He was the most amazing cook I've ever seen in person. I've had three chefs as roommates over the years. No one blew me away the way he did. He had five burners going and a rice cooker. Every item he made had its own sauce. All the food was incredible. He also went to state championships 5 years running. Pretty amazing human.
Kahn "We move from California but originally from Laos." Hank: What? Kahn: From Laos. We Laotion.
It's in KELLER TEXAS
Maybe they had an off day, I went before the hype and was the best BBQ. After I went again and had to wait forever and felt like it was more quantity over quality.
I always enjoy hearing stories about people who can embrace culture and cuisine from where they live but can also integrate some dishes from their cultural ancestry and achieve success. I'm in Fort Worth and I'm definitely going to make time to stop by this place.
This is why diversity is a beautiful thing for our country 🇺🇸
Ooooh that is really cool❤❤❤❤😊
Best bbq in Tx bar none the line is worth the wait
This is up the street from me basically
Traveled all the way from Texas to eat at Goldees. The waiting was worth it. My husband still dreams about this BBQ. The only disappointment was Lao sausage wasn't available that day. I can't wait to come back.
This entire video is complete bs. First of all, the pitmaster that actually got recognized was a woman who now works at another barbecue place. This kid I guess is her replacement
Food from Southeast Asia is the best Asian food by far. Way better than the normal Chinese Korean Japanese stuff
Dudes are dope!
Schoepfs bbq is the best bbq in Texas
The best foods absolutely come from mixing the best of different cultures and working with the available resources.
"Pitmaster" is a term thrown around a lot lately.
Lao sausage is the best
Don’t make it about race smh
This is the best story of the fabric of America
