Ingredients: - 1 Brioche Bun - 5 oz Chicken Breast - Flour - Egg - Garlic Powder - Black Pepper - Salt - ½ cup of shredded cabbage - ¼ cup of mayo and 1 tbsp of mayo - 3 tbsp of Gochujang (Korean Chili paste) - 4 Kimchi - Gochugaru (Korean Chili powder) Steps: 1. Heat oil to 375 degrees F 2. Set out 3 sheet pans 2 with flour and 1 with a beaten egg 3. In one of the sheet pans of flour add salt, pepper and garlic powder 4. In the sheet pan egg add the gochugaru 5. Bread the chicken in plain flour, then in the egg, and lastly in the flour with the seasoning in it. 6. Place the chicken in the oil and cook for 9-11 minutes 7. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels 8. Heat the oil to 425 F 9. Put the fried chicken back in for 2 minutes 10. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels 11. Mix the cabbage with ¼ cup of mayo, 2 tbsp of Gochujang and some salt 12. Toast the brioche bun 13. Combine the Mayo and 1 tbsp of Gochujang 14. On the side of the top bun spread 1 tbsp of mayo 15. Assemble the sandwich in the following order: Brioche Bun, cabbage mixture, fried chicken, pickles, top bun. 16. Slice and Serve
