London Foodie Asian Fusion Experiment - Putting a twist on Asian and Western Cuisine

This tasting menu is an expression of my passion for food. I experiment with both Asian and Western ingredients and cooking techniques. Using local ingredients and exploring Notting Hill to find new delis and markets with the freshest ingredients. My experiments have lead to the creation of these 6 dishes that use some of my favourite foods and give a salute to the cultures that have driven my passion for cooking. I hope you enjoy!
