This EDIBLE GLASS is the FUTURE of food! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • ½ cup Isomalt Directions: 1. In a small saucepan, melt the isomalt and heat until it reaches 306°F on a candy thermometer. 2. Carefully pour the melted isomalt onto a silicone mat. Then, fold it over itself until it becomes shiny and pliable. 3. Roll the sugar into a ball and attach it to a sugar pump. Slowly and gently pump air inside to form a bubble-like sphere. 4. Continue inflating until the sugar begins to cool and harden. 5. Let the “glass” cool completely, then crack, shatter, or nibble away at your delicate, edible creation! ⚠️ Note: Isomalt gets extremely hot! Work carefully and wear heat-safe gloves if possible.

I think Walter might like this recipe
We do this in culinary school for certain fancy deserts :) we usually use a warm/hot cookie cutter to make a hole in the bottom and to trim off the excess.
"Jesse, we need to make this." -Walter.
This is a SpongeBob idea
This got me reminded of revenged love 😭💜
I learned how to do this in college! (I went to culinary school.) You can even do this with regular sugar by making a solution with water. Totally down to expand on that, if anyone wants.
It’s amazing how you make boring science and everyday stuff into food experiments that come out amazing!! Also, can you make it clear? Like a lightbulb maybe?
Fun fact! This is very similar to the "blue meth" that they made in breaking bad, they just laid it out flat and smashed it with a hammer! It was cotton candy flavored too.
