π ADVICE NEEDED
A woman spent eight years with the man she loved.
She stayed through his unemployment, encouraged him when everyone else doubted him, and supported him when he was struggling financially.
Whenever he told her, βOne day, I'll make you my wife,β she believed him.
They had even started planning their future together.
Then she discovered something heartbreaking.
Her boyfriend had been secretly married for almost two years.
She confronted him, crying:
βHow could you promise me a future when you already gave that future to someone else?β
He looked at her and said:
βI didn't know how to leave you. I loved you too much to let you go.β
She couldn't believe it.
He had not been afraid of losing her.
He had been comfortable having her.
She asked him one final question:
βIf you really loved me, why did you let me waste eight years of my life?β
He had no answer.
She walked away that night with nothing but her broken heart and eight years of memories.
Months later, he called her.
She answered.
He said:
βI miss you.β
She cried silently and replied:
βI miss the man I thought you were.β
Then she blocked his number.
π If you were her, would you ever forgive him?
And honestly⦠is wasting someone's years by giving them false hope worse than cheating?
