Soultrob is an anonymous social platform. "Anonymous" means users can post without publicly displaying their real name; however, certain technical and account-level metadata may still be collected and retained for safety, moderation, and legal purposes.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data (HTTPS, access controls, encrypted backups where applicable). However, no internet service is completely secure. If a data incident occurs, we will follow applicable breach notification laws.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age. If you believe we have collected data from a child in violation of this policy, contact us to request deletion.

International Data Transfers

Soultrob is hosted and operated in multiple locations. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers (standard contractual clauses, vendor assessments).

Third-Party Services & Analytics

We use third-party services for analytics, hosting, image rendering, content delivery, and advertising. These vendors collect information in accordance with their own policies. Examples of tools we may use: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Sentry, Cloudflare, AWS, Cloudinary.

Moderation & Anonymity

While users can post anonymously publicly, Soultrob may retain metadata (IP address, device identifiers) to investigate abuse and assist law enforcement if required. Anonymity does not mean content is untraceable. We use automated tools and human moderators to enforce community guidelines.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When changes are material, we will provide notice via the Service, email, or in-app banner. The "Effective date" at the top will be updated when changes are made.
