💔 ADVICE NEEDED
A woman had been in a relationship for six years. She and her boyfriend had planned everything together—marriage, children, even the kind of house they wanted.
Then she lost her job.
For the first time, she became financially dependent on him.
At first, he was supportive. But gradually, his attitude changed.
Whenever they argued, he would remind her:
“Remember who pays your bills.”
If she disagreed with him, he would say:
“Where will you go? You can't even take care of yourself.”
She started feeling small in a relationship where she once felt loved.
One day, she finally got another job.
Instead of being happy for her, her boyfriend said:
“So now that you're earning again, you think you can leave me?”
She looked at him and replied:
“I didn't leave because I stopped loving you. I left because I realized love shouldn't make me afraid to stand on my own feet.”
She packed her things and walked away.
Weeks later, he begged her to return, promising to change.
But she was torn.
She still loved him.
She just didn't know if she could ever forget how he made her feel when she had nothing.
💔 If you were her, would you give him another chance?
Or once someone uses your difficult situation to control you, is it better to walk away?
What advice would you give her? 👇
