The Wrong Number, The Right Person – Episode 3 Maya's heart skipped. The young woman clung tightly to Daniel, tears streaming down her face. "I'm so glad I found you!" she cried. Maya took a slow step back. "So... this is why you wanted me to trust you?" she asked quietly. Daniel immediately turned to Maya. "No! Please don't leave. Let me explain." The woman looked confused. She quickly wiped her tears and said, "Wait... are you Maya?" Maya nodded cautiously. The woman smiled awkwardly. "I'm Grace... Daniel's younger sister." Maya blinked. "Sister?" Grace laughed. "I've been looking for him all day. Mom was rushed to the hospital after collapsing. His phone battery died, and no one could reach him." Daniel's face turned pale. "What? Why didn't anyone tell me?" "We've been trying!" Grace replied. Without another word, Daniel rushed toward the parking lot. Then he stopped, turned around, and looked at Maya. "I know this isn't the best time... but if you still believe in me, come with me." For a moment, Maya hesitated. Then she nodded. Together, they hurried to the hospital. Hours later, the doctor walked out with a smile. "She's stable now. You brought her in just in time." Daniel let out a deep sigh of relief. Overwhelmed with emotion, he turned to Maya. "Thank you for staying." Maya smiled. "You don't have to thank me." Just then, an elderly nurse walked over holding a sealed envelope. She looked directly at Daniel. "Your mother asked me to give you this... only if anything ever happened to her." Daniel slowly opened the envelope. The first line made his face lose all color.
