Edge is very good. I dont use chrome except to check my Gmail once in a while. I use brave as a daily driver and Firefox for my small web development hobbies.

Edge is actually use less ram and it’s well optimized for the system. I personally use edge than lot of other browsers for my windows laptop

Edge has so many features that justify it being in hall of fame though E.g. it‘s visualized 3D version of your project to see the z-index of items and such. Makes it much easier to debugg CSS related things

Try Yandex browser instead of Chrome, the engine is the same but there is 3 times less RAM

Microsoft Edge's workspace feature is so powerful. I tried to change back to Firefox or Chrome recently and just felt so crippled without it. It is a much more powerful way to separate groups of tabs and open a new start menu for it and you can close the entire workspace and reopen it later saving memory when you don't need it. I wish more browsers did this.

Not a dev, but from a regular user perspective I put Edge up top all day. The Windows integration, the fact that it is Chromium without the Chrome RAM destruction, and all of the neat tools built-in all put it over other browsers for me. Although I'll admit I haven't used Firefox since like 2014 so I can't really speak on its current iteration.

I think edge, chrome and firefox are the best browsers for regular users nowadays. I don't really like chrome on pc, but on phones it's the only good one, maybe also better than edge for devs.

My teachers already told us to use FireFox back in primary school. I went to a very small school on the countryside and that in Germany. I really apprechiate the amount of PC knowledge they already gave us back then. Very ahead of it's time in the early 2000s.

Switched from Chrome to Brave with Chrome being hella laggy, slow and eating up my PC resources like a buffet, loving it so far! PC feels smoother and faster than ever!
