Difficult to have a decision on the best, most are inevitable really, however an unexpected factor is the boat that rises out of the water that is really quite surprising and most definitely an advantage in losing a really significant amount of drag,I wonder if it's possible to achieve the same effect with really heavyweight marine vehicles?I had always been an advocate of the hydro foil system because it reduces so much unnecessary drag.
I think the dual rotor one person helicopter would be the best if it had a backup parachute system .
