In this video I spend 24 hours eating some of the best food in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. From traditional Malaysian breakfasts to viral hidden gems and iconic local dishes, this is the ultimate Kuala Lumpur food tour in 2026. I start my day with a classic Malaysian breakfast at Hamdan Roti Canai where I try freshly made roti canai and learn how it is prepared. I also experience teh tarik, Malaysiaβs famous pulled tea that is a must try in Kuala Lumpur. Next I head to Ho Kow Hainan Kopitiam, one of the most popular traditional coffee shops in the city. Here I try kaya toast and cham, a mix of coffee and tea that is part of a classic Hainanese breakfast culture in Malaysia. After that I check out a viral hidden spot at Jamboo Cafe, known for its unique drinks and local hype. Then I visit KLCG Confectionery & Bakery, one of the most talked about bakeries in Kuala Lumpur right now. For lunch I try nasi kahwin at Nasi Kahwin Hari Hari, a dish inspired by traditional Malay wedding food, rich in flavor and variety. Later in the day I head to Kampung Baru, one of the best areas in Kuala Lumpur for authentic Malay food, where I try some of the cityβs most famous satay. To end the day, I try one of Malaysiaβs most iconic desserts, cendol with durian at Durian Cendol Mamam, a perfect way to finish a full 24 hour food journey. Kuala Lumpur is one of the best food cities in the world, and this food tour shows why Malaysia is known for its incredible mix of cultures and flavors.
