What a great video! I moved to the Netherlands from England in 1997 with my Dutch girlfriend. I am Thai, had gone to school here in Thailand. I went to work in Chicago, Illinois, USA from 1969 to January 2003 The first spring I was there, I'd a chance to go to the tulip festivals in Holland, MI. USA I like Dutch Vilage in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA too. Thank you for your wonderful vid. Natherland's so beautiful, the canals reminds me of my grand parents' place in Smutsongkram, Thailand.

Although I’m Dutch and haven’t seen all of these gems myself yet, I still always feel a deep sense of peace and calm when I’m cycling or walking, even through places that might seem less special. Everything is so flat here, but there’s definitely a quiet kind of beauty in it. I live in a relatively calm, rural area, but the Netherlands is still a very densely populated country, so the fact that this feeling of peace and connection to nature is still there really says something.
